With a name inspired by some classic Kiwi slang, it’s the most versatile boat Waka has to offer. Whether you're into down-river freestyle, wave moves, surfing, river running, or flat-water tricks, this kayak can do it all.

Drawing from the Steeze design, the Skuxx has extra width and volume around the cockpit, along with a surf-specific hull that makes it loose and super responsive. The tail is stable, so flat-water moves and stern squirts are a breeze. What really sets the Skuxx apart, though, is that despite its shorter length, it’s still fast, floaty, and comfortable in class 4-5 waters. It’s the perfect blend of everything!

It suits a wide range of paddlers, is easy to roll, and is perfect for everyone from beginners to pros.

The Skuxx Deluxe is the “puffy” version of the Skuxx, with added volume in the stern. This makes it ideal for tougher runs where that extra volume is needed, or for extra pop on waves for kick flips and down-river freestyle. It’s also a great option for heavier paddlers, as the added volume helps keep them floating.
